BJJ in Dorking, Surrey
No-gi Jiu-jitsu classes
No-gi or 'submission wrestling' BJJ is practiced without the gi, in
rash guards and shorts or similar.
No-gi is growing in popularity as the matches tend to be faster paced and
favour rulesets that allow for a wider variety of joint locks, especially
leg locks. It is also favoured by people training for the sport of MMA.
