Saturday morning BJJ classes

Our Saturday mornings from 10 to 11 am are the perfect way to kick-off your weekend. Our classes offer a balanced mix of training and sparring, giving you the chance to sharpen your skills and start your day feeling accomplished.

Where these Saturday morning BJJ classes have previously been dedicated to improving out leg locking abilities, we now keep the focus light on leg locks, opting instead to reinforce techniques from the week or build upon them.

With just an hour on the mat, we dive straight into technique work, fine-tuning our moves before jumping into sparring. It’s a great opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in a safe and controlled setting and hone your jiujitsu skills.
